We also boast a selection of professionals with Professorships, Doctorates, Masters, and Bachelors qualifications, who work together to resolve complex challenges. Many of our team members hold numerous professional certifications in their respective fields.

We then recommend the best-fit solution based on our client’s needs. These solutions are presented to the client, and thereafter, implementation begins on time and within budget.
INGER MARRIAN
Inger brings a unique blend of leadership, mentorship, and strategic thinking within the context of a Sector Education and Training Authority (SETA) environment. With more than 20 years of experience in the SETA, government, cooperatives, and education sectors, she offers a comprehensive, output-driven skill set to ensure a target-driven compliance environment.
Her experience in various legislations, such as SDA, PMFA, NTPRMF, QCTO, HEQ, and NQF, provides a solid foundation for her people-centric approach to solving complex and challenging implementations. Inger's expertise in research and attention to detail play a major role in assessment and quality assurance in the education sector.
TERRENCE NEL
Terrence is an experienced and dedicated professional with over 30 years of expertise in security management, risk control, and workplace health and safety. He has successfully completed various related courses, possesses excellent risk management skills, and demonstrates strong leadership and management abilities.
Throughout his career, Terrence has achieved significant milestones in the Green Economy, health and safety, risk control, and security operations. He is extensively qualified in business leadership, project management, SHEMTRAC, PSIRA, and AVSEC. Additionally, Terrence serves as an Ethics Ambassador, underscoring his commitment to ethical practices in his professional endeavors.
OBIE NEL
Obie is an experienced project manager with a strong background in management consulting, business strategy, process improvement, and implementation management. He excels in crisis management and conflict resolution, utilizing his expert communication and conflict resolution skills to navigate complex situations effectively. With experience across multiple sectors, including IT, education, facilities management, and the private sector, Obie brings a diverse perspective to his work.
His expertise in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), ecosystems development, and cloud computing is underpinned by his strong skills in demand planning, project coordination, financial management, document development, and process analysis. Obie is adept at driving business and organizational improvements and defining performance metrics.
LERATO NKOSI
Lerato is an experienced professional with an extensive career in the private sector and nearly 10 years in academia. She is also a distinguished researcher with knowledge and expertise in the public sector, business management, project management, and open distance higher education. She has vast knowledge and a solid background in consulting for local government, national government, and state-owned companies.
Lerato's skills as an economist allow her to tackle and solve complex challenges by breaking them down into manageable components. Her keen attention to detail and analytical skills enable her to anticipate outcomes effectively, enhancing the project's overall functionality.
She consistently explores innovative solutions, often venturing beyond her assigned responsibilities and training. Her skills as an economist allow her to structure projects from a micro to macro level to ensure sustainability and growth in the local and international arenas..
Lerato possesses exceptional leadership skills, which have been displayed in various and diverse projects. She is proactive and makes tireless efforts to be instrumental in driving the success of any project or initiative.
ANDRE MARRIAN
Andre is a proactive and driven professional with a passion for tackling intricate management and operational challenges. With a diverse background encompassing Business Management, Business Leadership, Information Technology (IT), and Logistics in the dynamic tertiary education sector and private sector, Andre has successfully solved multiple projects and business conundrums in both educational (public and private) and SMME environments.
He possesses multiple skills in business management, contract and policy development, financial management, risk management, people management, and customer service, allowing him to deliver initiatives with effective leadership acumen.
NATHANEAL GOVENDER
Nathan a passionate, well qualified and experienced practitioner in the education and training sector. He is a qualified Assessor, Moderator and Skills Development Facilitator. He is furthermore a registered Career Development Practitioner (SACDA).
His experience profile includes an array of roles in the field, highlighted by working for two of the largest Sector Education and Training Authorities (SETAs), where he has amassed both local and international exposure in the education, training and skills development sectors. He has experience in ETQA, project management, QMS, M&E and strategy. He has further presented papers at academic conferences and facilitated national skills development roadshows.
