About the Programme
The Volunteer Programme is a hands-on initiative designed to build capacity, inspire innovation, and open doors to career pathways in technology, design, and community development. Participants work alongside our team on live projects, gaining exposure to the tools, platforms, and creative processes that power our work.

ANDRE MARRIAN
Andre is a proactive and driven professional with a passion for tackling intricate management and operational challenges. With a diverse background encompassing Business Management, Business Leadership, Information Technology (IT), and Logistics in the dynamic tertiary education sector and private sector, Andre has successfully solved multiple projects and business conundrums in both educational (public and private) and SMME environments.
He possesses multiple skills in business management, contract and policy development, financial management, risk management, people management, and customer service, allowing him to deliver initiatives with effective leadership acumen.
NATHANEAL GOVENDER
Nathan a passionate, well qualified and experienced practitioner in the education and training sector. He is a qualified Assessor, Moderator and Skills Development Facilitator. He is furthermore a registered Career Development Practitioner (SACDA).
His experience profile includes an array of roles in the field, highlighted by working for two of the largest Sector Education and Training Authorities (SETAs), where he has amassed both local and international exposure in the education, training and skills development sectors. He has experience in ETQA, project management, QMS, M&E and strategy. He has further presented papers at academic conferences and facilitated national skills development roadshows.
